Cost of Andropause Treatment

Making a Decision on a Hormone Replacement Treatment Program

Before discussing cost let us share 10 years of experience that may be helpful in making a decision on a treatment program:

  1. If you are having symptoms, the decision on treating testosterone, thyroid and DHEA deficiencies should not be “Should I get treated?”. Rather it should be “Where should get treated?” Whether you work with us or someone else, as long as it is done correctly you MUST get treatment – it will change your life. Your father and grand-father had to live with it -- you can fix it

  2. The decision on using Growth Hormone (HGH) is best approached from the financial side. HGH is a bit expensive but well worth the expenditure if your budget will support it. If your budget will handle $299 to $598 per month then absolutely investigate it and test for it. If not – don’t investigate it or test for it – you will only frustrate yourself when you already know it is not affordable.

  3. For those who like doing a cost benefit analysis before purchase, let us share a typical feedback from our clients. "My income is up 15% to 20% because of my increased mental and physical energy/enthusiasm. I have energy for my family at the end of the day and my partner is happy at night".
Below is a brief summary of costs. If you wish more detail, more information is provided on this page.

Testosterone costs range from $120 per month to $285 per month. See breakdown below. A number of these costs will be your choice

  • Testosterone $120 per month
  • If you have belly fat add $50 for an estrogen blocker – this is a temporary cost until you lose the belly fat
  • Testicular stimulant to prevent shrinkage – $70 per month – this will be your choice
  • Thyroid if tests show a need - $45 per month – this will be your your choice

Growth Hormone costs range from $300 to $600 per month

  • The decision to use HGH is entirely yours

Lab Testing:

  • Testosterone Program: Initial testing consists of 6 tests (one blood sample) including thyroid $343 – Follow up labs at 45 days and every 6 month thereafter = $238 to $340 -- average $300 --depending on doctor wishes and medications you are on.
