Program 1: Testosterone and Growth Hormone

Designed for men who have the symptoms of andropausal aging and wish to take full advantage of balanced hormone replacement by testing and replacing testosterone, growth hormone, thyroid and DHEA

Testosterone is replaced by one of two methods. The choice will be yours and we can help you decide. Testosterone cream is absorbed through the skin directly into the blood stream. Testosterone cream is formulated to your specific needs based on lab tests and what you tell the doctor. The cream is put on the skin in the morning and evening. The strength will be adjusted after retesting by the doctor until desired blood levels are achieved. Testosterone injections are self-administered twice a week. We will instruct you on how it is done. Once again the strength will be adjusted by the doctor to meet your needs.

As part of this program, we will also monitor and control estrogen levels.

Human Growth Hormone is taken by self-administered daily injections--it is easy and painless.

Costs

When you start a program, you will be charged only for your lab tests and first doctor visit. Other charges will be added as they are incurred and as you authorize.

Physician Fees

• $200 Initial Visit (A small number of our doctors charge $200 to $250 per visit)

Laboratory Testing

• Initial tests: $493
• Retests: $230  - at 45 day and every 6 months thereafter.
  

Program -- Monthly program costs

• Testosterone treatment  -- $110.00 to $125 per month – add $50 if you are doing testicular stimulation
• Growth hormone -- $290 to $580 per month –  cost is dependent on the extent of your growth hormone needs as determined by you and your doctor.
